Hey there, yes we are fine, went on a fabulous walk yesterday along the south coast and back to perey bere today where after a meal a deux had a lush swim and up to the house which is actually better in the flesh (so to speak) than in the photos… I am thrilled with it!
Its just missing everyone at home that sucks 
Han has written her blog today on that very subject!
Its 4 am here so better try and get back to sleep!!

In my defence my family are far more precious and important than any old (new) building… but I have to admit my timing stinks…..
Well our own Grand Design is progressing at a pace…and for some unfathomable reason I’m not there! KC keeps ringing me …what type of pillars do we want supporting the balcony? …so do we want anything above the front door? …there’s not enough room for the stairs……oh sh******* For the first time this morning as I am woken from my slumber with this news, the house is very real; we are really building our own…Grand Design?
I keep remebering Sarah Beeny saying how could anybody be stupid enough to go on holiday in the middle of a project 
…….time is going very quickly now; before I know it I will be winging my way back to Mauritius…..I am excited about seeing progress on our house and being with KC again….. but it is going to be very hard leaving England in the spring and everyone here…..I am confused now; where is home? I find myself saying I am going home next week; but I feel between worlds and it is not a comfortable feeling and that is an understatement believe me!!!!!
Doesn’t ring quite true does it ?…this is home and always will be…even our new apartment; which has recently become a bachelor pad …feels like my real home.
Perhaps when we move into our new house which is under construction I will feel more at home
However it probably says more about home is where the heart is! It is wonderful to spend time with Omar and Adam, and Hannah is home next week….
